The Pushpak air taxi is a new air transportation technology meant to avoid metropolitan streets and travel in lower airspace without emitting any emissions. It will transfer people between key transportation hubs such as rail stations and airports, providing more seamless, faster, and convenient options than current transit options. The all-electric aircraft, which has two passengers, 18 rotors, and the capacity to take off and land vertically, has already received DOA and is heading toward type certification. The novel design has been tested in multiple test flights, with the first flights piloted by one pilot and one passenger.
